PAYMENT
I accept all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact me for assistance.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to receive your items more quickly, please contact me. Items usually ship within 5 business days of confirmed payment. If this is not the case, you will be notified immediately. If a fabric is being printed to order, that will be noted on the item's description and may take up to 2 weeks before being shipped.
Books will ship via Media Mail. Depending on your zip code, the book may take 1 - 2 weeks to deliver. However, I will happily ship via parcel post or priority mail and can send you an updated invoice including the extra postage.
Please note that I ship with delivery confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address. If you would like to insure the item for a small extra fee, please contact me so that I may update your invoice.
Overseas orders are shipped via USPS International First Class. Please contact me if the item(s) you are interested in do not list your country as a shipping destination.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Handmade items:
Each creation is hand made by me with complete care and attention to detail. They are all one of a kind and made from recycled materials, so they will not have the look of mass-production perfection. (thank goodness!) All sales are final, unless your item arrives damaged. In the case of this unlikely occurrence, please email me immediately, and we can either coordinate a repair or a refund.
Books:
If you have any questions at all about what projects are offered in my books, I'd be happy to email you a Table of Contents prior to ordering. All book sales are final, thank you for your understanding!
PDF Patterns:
Please ask questions regarding the patterns before you buy as are sales are final. I'm happy to help if you need further explanation of the patterns you've purchased.
Fabrics:
Please read the Care Instruction detailed in the fabric listing as well as "Additional Information" below regarding the printing process and it's unique characteristics.
Fabric in its original mint condition may be returned for exchange or refund with prior approval. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact me for return approval.
Upon receipt and examination of your item, if the return is approved, your Paypal account will be refunded/credited, less shipping costs. If it has been used or is otherwise not saleable, we will not be able to refund or exchange your purchase, and your item will be mailed back to you at your expense. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
About Betz White Organic Textiles:
All of my original fabric designs are professionally printed in the US. The digital printing process utilizes water-based, non-toxic pigment dyes and minimizes waste and water consumption. Heat and pressure are used to finish the fabric instead of harsh chemicals. I've chosen to print on demand, in an effort to prevent fabric waste.
Due to the unique characteristics of this printing method, slight variations will occur within the fabrics such as the occasional white speckle within an area of color. I’ve developed my collection with this in mind, and have designed the prints to complement this natural quality of the fabric.
